Our prefabricated multi-story steel structure building adopts heavy H-beam column and beam frame system. It is widely applied to multi-layer production workshop, multi-level logistics warehouse, warehouse-office integrated building, industrial park comprehensive building and commercial supporting construction.
All structural members are precisely prefabricated in factory with CNC cutting, automatic welding and professional anti-corrosion coating. On-site construction mainly relies on bolt connection, which reduces field welding workload and speeds up the whole construction progress.
The steel structure features high floor load capacity, good seismic performance and flexible space partition. Customers can freely arrange production equipment, storage shelves, office rooms and sorting areas without restrictions from load-bearing walls. We carry out personalized structural design strictly in accordance with local wind load, snow load, seismic intensity and relevant building codes including AISC, Eurocode etc.
We supply one-stop complete packages: main steel frame, steel floor deck, wall & roof sandwich panels, staircases, guardrails, doors, windows, drainage system and all standard fasteners. Complete documents including CE certification, ISO9001, material test certificates, structural calculation sheets and bilingual construction drawings will be provided to support local approval and inspection.
Modular design supports later reconstruction, partition adjustment and expansion. Steel materials can be recycled, meeting green building requirements. We provide 7/24 online technical support, and overseas engineer on-site guidance is available upon request.
